Battery connectors broke

Question

help please i have a futaba r/c for one of best trucks and one of my battery that connects + and - its like a clip slash spring broken ive looked it up at radio shack nothing ebay even went to a hobby store and all they wanted to do is sell me a new one it holds 8 aa batterys next to eachother.it had battery acid so when i put a battery it broke.any anwser please let me know where can i find the the parts thanks
