  1. i doubt you can return it but you could maybe get the difference if from a dealer. also it depends how it is you think you paid too much what are you comparing it to? ... also this is something you should have thought about before signing paper work if at a dealer or paying if private party...sorry looks like you are out.

  2. Take it back, don't call. It's harder for them to say no in person, ESPECIALLY if you start yelling and make a scene.

If you bring a printout of the Kelley Blue Book price or something that SAYS how much it should have cost you, that will be good evidence. Go to kbb.com , look it up, and print it out.

In the future, you'll want to spend a LOT of time trying to get the best deal. It's worth the time to save the money.

  3. Please see my other posts.

Not sure why people think they can return a car. There is no cooling off period.

I am not sure what you can do. The dealership knew what they were doing, they are the ones who did it to you.

You could call the general manager and request a meeting, then say you relied on them in good faith and they took advantage of you.

You need to present him with a short letter stating that you feel cheated and if you come to some agreement to resolve the issue you will write complaint letters to the BBB, state DMV, and the manufacturer's zone manager.

Maybe he will refund some money or more likely offer some service credit, 5 free oil changes and tire rotations.

Did you purchase any insurance or other extras? You should be able to cancel those by writing a letter.

not for a full refund like Wal-Mart

your best bet is too bring someone more knowledgeable about cars with you and try to get a better deal on a different vehicle.
