Question:

Bausch and lomb Purevision lenses?

Does anybody else wear or has tried purevision soft lenses? What did you think?

I got a trial pair from my doctor, she said they were good and let in a lot more oxygen. (I wore soflens 38s) But I just couldn't get used to them. They felt almost too big in my eye, and I felt like I just stuffed some random object in my eye, my eyes felt very dry and painful. I tried for a while to get used to them and it just never happened?

Do they still make soflens 38 lenses?

  1. Yes, i feel that the lenses are quite ok. No problem for long hrs wearing. SL38 is much more softer as compare to purevision as PV is a silicone lenses. Maybe u shd just use back SL38. Both of the lenses are made by bausch&lomb.

  2. I have no idea if they still make them, but if they don't feel good try something else. Vistakon (Johnson and Johnson) make several types of contact lenses...the Hydra gel are great ....check out their site...you will know them as Acuvue!
