Bayer Leverkusen manager Robin Dutt has expressed his disappointment on the mid-week Champions League 3-1 loss to Valencia. He claimed that the team played very well but a lapse in concentration led to two goals in a span of nine
minutes which was shocking. He rued missed chances also in the game and has admitted that Leverkusen needs good results in the remaining games.

The boss stated that the team should have been more focused later in the game and could have avoided that negative score line but he expressed his satisfaction on the match overall.
“We should have been more controlled after making it 1-1 but then we were punished. Nevertheless, we have got to be very happy with the quality of our football, especially since we went behind so early,” he concluded.
