Bayer Leverkusen manager Robin Dutt has stated that his goal would be to win the Bundesliga in the upcoming season. He claimed that his side would want to improve on the second place finish last season which would be winning the
League.

Dutt joined Leverkusen from http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/SC-Freiburg-c40462 this summer when former club manager Jupp Heynckes left for Bayern Munich. He guided Freiburg to a brilliant ninth place finish last season and now hopes to continue with his success at Werkself.
The former Stuttgart Kickers’ manager claimed that the club is aiming for the League title in the upcoming season and admitted that they will not be going just for a top four finish. He stated that he believes in his team and is
confident that the players will be determined to fight for the title honours.
“It makes little sense after our second place last season to aim for third or fourth place next season. We won't be doing that. We will be quietly hoping to finish in top spot,” he was quoted as saying in an interview.
The tactician insisted that he wants to develop his team into one of the best sides in the country and admitted that there will be many teams fighting for the championship in the next campaign as there is heavy competition.
“In such a competitive league it is the case that the gap between first and eleventh place is not so great and it then comes down to the minor details. My goal is to develop this team further,” he continued.
The boss also admitted that Rene Adler’s injury is a huge loss to the club as he is one of the best goalkeepers in the country at the moment.
