Bayer Leverkusen reject Bayern Munich’s bid for midfielder Arturo Vidal – Bundesliga news
Bayern Leverkusen’s Director of Football, Rudi Voller, has revealed that the club have rejected an offer from Bayern Munich for midfielder http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Arturo-Vidal-c6760. He stated that Vidal is a very important player and is very much a part of the club’s ambitious plans
for next season. He insisted that the midfielder is not for sale and warned the Munich giants off the player.
Arturo Vidal was an integral part of Jupp Heynckes’ side which finished second on the Bundesliga table last. The manager is a huge admirer of the Chilean international and after moving to Bayern Munich in the summer, Heynckes also wants the midfielder at
the Allianz Arena.
A bid from the Munich giants was expected as the player himself had earlier expressed his desire to play at Allianz Arena under manager Jupp Heynckes. He admitted that he wants to play for Germany’s most successful club next season.
“I really want to play for Bayern Munich. It would be spectacular to play in Munich under Jupp Heynckes,” the player was quoted as saying.
Rudi Voller insisted that Vidal has been a very important player for Werkself over the past few seasons and that he is going nowhere. He stated that the player has a contract with the club until the end of next season and is bound to honour it.

“Our principle is that Arturo is too important to us and we want to keep him in any case, whether the offers come from Munich or Napoli, they are not high enough to force us into a rethink,” the director claimed.
