FC Hollywood supremo disclosed that he has been unsuccessful to convince both the respective clubs to let go of their star players because he respected their contracts.

of the two players as their employers are not ready to let them go.

"It does not make any sense to talk about these things. Fact is that we are unable to sign Bender and Martinez. That is why it does not serve any purpose to discuss them in public," he was quoted as saying in an interview.
The chairman further added that the sole reason that contracts are in place is to give extra protection from the outside parties. He said that the current circumstances are very clear and the club needs to come to terms with the
fact that the side inquired about the transfers of the players and were unable to secure their signatures.
"That is why contracts exist. The situation is pretty clear; we have asked about their availability and got an answer. We have to accept that,” he stated.
Moreover, the president agreed that if the same scenario happened with them he would have also been furious with the other parties because contracts bound the players to their respective teams.
"I would be unhappy if people continued to question the contracts of our players," he concluded.
Bayern have returned from their pre-season tour to http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/China-c8926 and are training to get ready for their German Supercup clash with the Bundesliga Champions on August 12.
