Bayern Munich linked with Sochaux defender Sebastien Corchia- Bundesliga transfer news
German giants Bayern Munich have reportedly been linked with Sochaux full-back Sebastien Corchia. The Bavarian giants want the defender in this summer’s transfer window as a cover to right-back Rafinha and manager Jupp Heynckes
is said to be an admirer of the youngster.
Corchia joined the French Ligue 1 side from Le Mans, who play in the second division, for an undisclosed fee and has signed a four-year contract.
Bayern Munich continue their transfer policy of adding talented youngsters into the squad and develop stars for the future. The club has earlier signed Nils Petersen from Energie Cottbus and have been heavily linked to Dale Jennings,
Shane Long and http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Nicklas-Bendtner-c27726 to name a few.
The Bavarian giants have been successful in launching some of the best talents in Europe in the past few years. Thomas Muller and http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Toni-Kroos-c35425 have been prime examples as they have proved themselves both at the club and national
level.
Corchia has claimed that Bayern Munich have followed him for a long time now and although he has signed a four-year deal with Sochaux, Die Bayern continue the pursuit to sign him. However, he insisted that there has not been any
offer from the German giants as of now.
The full-back revealed that Bayern have told him that they would monitor his performances in the next few games and will talk about a possible transfer in the future.
“Bayern have followed me for a long time, but I have never received a concrete offer. They continue to monitor me, though, and have said that they will come and see me in action in a few games this season,” the former Le Mans defender
was quoted as saying in an interview.
The 20-year old’s transfer to Munich is unlikely this season as Sochaux would not let the player leave after just signing him last week.
