Bayern Munich look to return for Jerome Boateng with an improved offer- Bundesliga news
Bayern Munich are prepared to make a last offer to acquire Manchester City defender Jerome Boateng in this summer’s transfer window. The club want to solve their defensive problems and Boateng could provide the solution as he has
some good experience of playing in the Bundesliga also.
Boateng’s transfer has been subject to widespread rumours in the past few weeks. The player has openly expressed his desire to leave the Manchester giants but disagreement over the transfer fee has been the main problem.
Bayern Munich are not willing to pay an astronomical amount for the former Hamburg player whereas City are sticking to the 20 million Euro tag. The Bavarian giants have had a bid rejected in the 12 million Euro range but the cash
rich club are not willing to negotiate.
It is reported that Die Bayern will offer an improved 15 million Euros in a final bid to lure the player to Allianz Arena before the start of next season.

The German international hoped that both the clubs reach an agreement before the deadline and admitted that he wants to play regularly to get back into the national team before the European Championships next year.
“I hope that they will then find an agreement. I will hold another meeting with Manchester City officials on Tuesday but I have already made my point clear. I cannot be any clearer - I want to join Bayern,” he was quoted as saying
in an interview.
The 22-year old remained confident of a transfer and wants to move as soon as possible.
“I want to join as soon as possible. I hope that this will be resolved quickly and that both parties will come to an agreement,” he concluded.
