The German giants, Bayern Munich are looking to go ahead and make a whopping ten million pound bid for Everton and http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/England-c749 side-back Leighton Baines, as the team is looking to reinforce their back-line, while potentially weakening Everton’s.
It was recently reported that the German team has been showing great interest in the player since way back in October and have only recently gone public with their desire to sign the English international. At the moment Munich are having a lot of problems
at the left side of their defense, as http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Diego-Contento-c11113 is still highly inexperienced and as a result, he tends to let in some very easy goals for the opposition.
In the last game that Munich played against Stuttgart, despite the team winning, they went onto concede three goals. The match ended with the score line reading five goals to three in favor of Munich, but the causes for concern were still present in the
game.
It has been reported that the team are willing to go ahead and start their bidding for the player at around ten million pounds, but are willing to go all the way to sixteen million to seal the deal.
David Moyes is reported to have a tough fight on his hands, if he hopes to try and retain the services of one of the best players in the Everton team. Everton are currently struggling in the Premier League and despite the fact that Munich are also not doing
so well in the German League, they can still offer Champions League football to the English side-back and that is something that might just tip the scales in their favor.
However what most experts are saying is that if Munich are to land the player, they are going to have to make a bid that is far bigger than the one they are currently planning. This is because Baines is currently the most inform players at Everton and a
mere sixteen million pounds, would not convince the team to let the player go.
Nonetheless it is currently more than certain that Munich will be looking to test Everton’s resolve in January.
