Bayern Munich’s http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Bastian-Schweinsteiger-c7374 all praise for AC Milan – Bundesliga news
Bayern Munich midfielder Bastian Schweinsteiger has spoken admirably in favour of the reigning Serie A champions, AC Milan. The German has recently been linked with a move to http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Italy-c2926 as Milan prepare to sign their ‘Mister X’ before August 31, when the transfer
window draws to a close.
Schweinsteiger also reacted positively to the claims made by former Germany goalkeeper Oliver Kahn, who had criticised his leadership qualities alongside skipper http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Philipp-Lahm-c29929.
The midfielder expressed delight at being linked with the Italian champions and could possibly be moving out of http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Germany-c2904 during the summer. He mentioned that Milan are one of the top outfits around possessing quality players in their rank. He further hailed
the Red and Blacks manager Massimiliano Allegri for leading his side towards the Serie A title during his first year in charge at San Siro.
The German international seemed confused about his future but did not rule out the Milan option. He felt honoured at being considered a candidate for being Milan’s ‘Mister X’.
Schweinsteiger is tied with the Bavarians until 2016 and has left the matters in hands of the officials should AC Milan make a formal approach. It has been reported that the Serie A champions are considering a 25 Million Euro bid for the 27-year-old.
The Klobermoor-born player also reacted calmly to http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Oliver-c28477 Kahn’s claims, saying that the former keeper should talk to him or Lahm personally if there is any problem. He told that the 42-year-old should also remember the time when he got criticised over his
leadership skills.
While talking to a local news channel, Schweinsteiger enthused, “I can still remember Kahn previously hating criticism channelled through the media from ex-colleagues. From such a great player, I expect that he remembers his stance, so any matters [involving
me and Philip Lahm] must be analysed and addressed internally.”
The midfielder has 26 goals to his name from 251 league appearances so far. He made his Germany debut in 2004 and has 22 goals from 88 international caps until now.
