Bayern Munich’s Breno recovering well from his situation – Bundesliga News
Bayern Munich’s Brazilian centre-back, Breno http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Borges-c7849, was arrested last month for allegedly setting his own house on fire out of frustration. After being released from prison, Breno is reportedly recovering well from the trying period.
The defender, though, has declined claims of him being involved in arson. He told that everything happened in the blink of an eye, leaving him with no time to take any immediate action. The fire was result of a short circuit, according to the reserve defender.
http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Breno-c8038 was immediately taken to hospital by nearby people, where he was released after receiving first aid. The centre back was then arrested by police and put behind bars later on.
After intervention from Bayern officials, Breno was eventually released from jail as http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Arson-c6674 charges against him were not proved. The Brazilian expressed disappointment at his arrest and believes that the Bavarian officials should have helped him days earlier.
Bayern’s sporting director, Christian Nerlinger, also confirmed of player’s speedy recovery and guaranteed him a contract extension. Breno’s current deal is set to expire at the end of this season and Bayern are prepared to offer him a new contract.
The defender is currently going through a rehabilitation period after which he’ll be allowed to return to training.
While talking to Goal.com, the sporting director further enthused, "He is now in a rehab programme and is doing very well. He is on his way [to recovery]."

Alaba scored his team’s second in 6-0 triumph over the 2. Bundesliga side, FC Ingolstadt, during a DFB Pokal game. The player also scored in his side’s 2-1 loss at Hannover, last Sunday.
Nerlinger reserved praise for the striker and mentioned, "He has eyes and ears open, and does the team well. He is definitely moving in the right direction."
