Bayern Munich midfielder c*m defender, http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/David-c10409 Alaba, has expressed his desire to make a mark at Allianz Arena from the next season onwards. The player spent the last half of 2010/11 campaign on loan at Hoffenheim, where he was a first team regular but wanted
to make a return to Munich at the end of the last season.
Munich manager, Jupp Heynckes, told that the player has a lot of potential and there is a great chance for him to succeed at the club. He, though, mentioned that the Austrian would have to be ready for bench time in the presence of top figures like Franck
Ribery, who also plays on the left flank.
With the departure of http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Hamit-Altintop-c15652 however, Alaba does hold an advantage and keeping in mind the last two injury plagued seasons for Ribery, the teenager might get a chance to appear for the Reds anytime during the next campaign.
While addressing a press conference, Heynckes further told, "David has a great future and he'll find his way here." He also urged the 19-year-old to add some patience and composure to his game as he might not get enough opportunities at the club at least
during the next term.
Alaba, on the other hand, was delighted to be back amongst the Munich ranks and was ready to serve the second string outfit if required. The player had previously represented Munich’s http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Junior-c20060 side in 2009 and managed to score a single goal from 33 games before
being called up into the senior squad the following season.
The manager also talked about the new signing, Dale Jennings, from Tranmere http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Rovers-c40385 and reckoned that both Alaba and Jennings could do wonders for the club. He wished both the youngsters all the best for their futures and asked them to stay focused during
their time with the Bavarians.
