Bayern Munich striker Mario Gomez has revealed his disappointment at Bastian Schweinsteiger’s injury and hoped to see him back soon in training. The midfielder also warned Bayern of the difficulties which the club might encounter in absence of the experienced
German.
Gomez felt sorry for the dedicated midfielder on fracturing a collarbone during the time when Germany are preparing for the two friendly internationals. He also regarded the player’s injury, a huge loss for the Reds especially when Bayern are getting tough
competition from the likes of Schalke and Borussia Dortmund.

The x-ray reports confirmed of a collarbone fracture and the German international will have to serve six weeks off the field. During this time, Bastian, will miss out on http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Netherlands-c753. He will also be absent from
an important league tie against Borussia Dortmund.
Gomez believed that Bayern will have to adjust quickly in Schweinsteiger’s absence in order to maintain their lead both in the Bundesliga and Champions League.
While talking to UEFA website after Wednesday’s game, Mario further added, "No matter how bad the injury is, we were obviously all affected by it. The team was shocked. His injury is a bitter blow for us. It took us a while to find our feet again and clear
our heads. Basti is our midfield motor. He dictates the tempo of the game, and you could see that we lost our rhythm without him.”
The striker concluded his remarks by saying, "It's a bitter one, but we're a top team and if we want to stay that way we'll have to compensate for his absence."
Schweinsteiger has already scored two goals along with three assists this season from 11 Bundesliga appearances and will be out of action for at least one-month.
Bayern are currently four points clear of Schalke atop the league table and will return to league action on Sunday, November 6, against FC Augsburg.
