The FC Hollywood chief believes that the Brazilian defender should not have been punished the same way as a brick layer, as it has cut short the youngster’s bright career.
Bayern Munich president Uli Hoeness has come under scrutiny by FC Nurnberg director of football Martin Bader and Eintracht Frankfurt executive chairman Heribert Bruchhagen over his protection of convicted former Bavarian Breno

The 22-year-old was last week found guilty of http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Arson-c6674 and was jailed for three years and nine months and will have to serve his sentence without the choice of parole. Bayern chief was shocked by the decision and was even more surprised
by the sternness of the punishment. He believed that Breno was unjustly sentenced.
Hoeness insisted that there is a great difference between a man who builds bricks as a living, who can resume his life after his sentence, and http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Breno-c8038 a young footballer who will not be able to resume his career when he comes out
of the prison.
"I do not know now if one needs to really make a distinction between a bricklayer, who can carry on with his profession when he comes out again, and a young footballer, who can do absolutely nothing other than play football," the
former West http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Germany-c2904 international was quoted saying in an interview.
Bader claimed that the most unbelievable thing regarding the central defender’s sentence were the remarks made by Hoeness. He then added that it’s a relief that Die Roten boss is not influential in the German justice system and
that Breno was guilty and he had it coming.
"Thank God he makes no difference to the German justice system. Breno has to answer for the crime and it was self-inflicted," Bader stated.
On the other hand, Bruchhagen was less critical and said that the Der FCB chief could have used better choice of words and not have made the comparison.
"Uli Hoeness would have done well not to make such a comparison," he argued.
The young Brazilian will be sent back to his home country after serving his sentence. He was found guilty of burning down his villa in the Grunwald suburb of Munich last year.
