Bayern winger Franck Ribery confident of victory against Villarreal in the Champions League
Bayern Munich winger Franck Ribery is hopeful that his side will stage an impressive comeback against Villarreal after the shock defeat at the hands of Borussia Dortmund at the weekend. He insisted that the Champions League game
is of immense importance to the side as a win would surely put them through to the next round as the group leaders.

in Tuesday’s encounter at the Allianz Arena. A win would most certainly mean that they would progress to the knock-out stages as the group leaders.
Ribery insisted that the game is of huge importance to Bayern as they have to force a good comeback after the loss in the league to Dortmund and want to win the group as a second place finish would make it tough in the latter part
of the competition.
The French international admitted that the side has to show more character and aggression against the Yellow Submarine and show a lot more consistency in the fixture.
“This is a very important game for us. We want to do well and we must win it to remain in first place, which would give us an advantage for the first knockout round. The team have to play more aggressively against Villarreal. This
did not work very well against Dortmund. We need to fight and we will,” he was quoted as saying in an interview.
Meanwhile, Bavarian manager Jupp Heynckes confirmed that winger http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Netherlands-c753 international would start the fixture.
“As soon as possible I need to get Arjen up to speed. He needs match practice. Of course, he will play from the beginning,” the former Bayer Leverkusen boss added.
Bayern Munich are leading Group-A with 10 points so far from the four games played and are yet to taste defeat in the competition.
