shipping companies look at the outline of the item not the color band on the end of the barrel

see in america to distinguish toy guns like the bb gun and other plastic noisemakers from the real deal USA law requires an orange cap over the tip of the barrel that only allows the bb or pellet to be fired out it and nothing else but the color of that cap is not often seen by shipping companies

so most likely yes it will get taken from you in shipping from the usa to perth australia
