  1. Only thing I can think of is that it may become available if the BBC digitises it at some point, assuming that they still have it in the archives.

    They're releasing more and more old stuff, but more by demand as far as I can tell. Send them an e-mail, and they may have more information, as it would have gone out on BBC2.
