i'm 8dpo and 22 days into my cycle could i be be preggo?

Temps during the day don't tell you anything. Check again tomorrow morning and compare to the rest of your chart.

BBT is only valid if you take it the very first thing in the morning.  You can't even get out of bed as even that little bit of activity can increase your body temperature.

In addition, for a BBT to be valid, it must be taken after a minimum of 4 hours of uninterupted sleep, and it must be the same time every morning.  If you get the 4 hour miminum, but the hour of the morning is different from "normal", there is a rule about how to adjust the reading (I don't recall, but it's something like add 0.1 degree for every hour beyond the "normal" time that you wake up and take the temperature).

look we check it early in the morning before we move bcoz then it could raise with our activity. so I would say just wait for your period. if you miss it you will most likely be preggo.

Your temp will be always be higher during the day than when you first wake up, so this has no bearing on whether or not you are pregnant.

Way too early to tell. Most pregnancies haven't implanted by 8dpo.
