Bc question: will i still be protected even if i dont take my pills exactly the same time?

I take my pill around 11pm and i try not to miss it. However i've been out of the country and i've been taking it an hour before or after my scheduled time. The most ive been taking is 3 hours late. will i still be protected against pregnancy even if it's a few hours late? i never miss a day though. I take it everday but not exactly the same time all the time.

You have a good system down. No, if you take it each day you are fine. They say it is best to take it around the same time and if you are only hours apart that is fine. Its when you miss days that you need to worry. I used to double up if I missed a day and was always fine. Hope I helped!!!

one pill give a 24 hours full protection ,after 24 hours the concentration of the hormones contained in the pill will be less in your body but still have protection for few hours

Yup. I never take my pills at the same time, and i almost always forget to take them so i am constantly doubling up on pills. I've been on the pill for four years now and still no babies.

Well, i've been on the pill for years now and i take my pill at the same time through the week but on the weekends i end up taking it a few hours later. So far i don't have any babies! and hour or so either way shouldn't make a big difference.

it doesnt work as well if its not taken at the same time. that can cause you to get your period early and for a much longer time too, so its best to take it at the same time
