Be More Energetic Tomorrow For Football?

I have 2-a-days from tomorrow on for a week.

and basically i wanna be blasting energy outta me.

8-12 and then 3-6...

how can i work this schedule out, so i can be the most energetic as possible. AND

overall, how can i get more energy..

like wat can i do tonight?

  1. Carbs and protein.

    Have a good breakfast 2 hours before practice. 4 Eggs and a bagel is good.

    Or have a good lunch 2 hours before youre afternoon practice. Like a tuna sandwich and a banana.

    Drink plenty of water before, during and after practice. Don't give into the notion that water weighs you down, or gives you cramps. It doesn't.

    For the morning practice at 8, I would get up at 5:30.

  3. good night sleep, go to bed early at least 8 hours of sleep, eat healthy carbs and protein in the morning but give some time to digest.  Stay hydrated with water and after you're sweating drink powerade/gatorade etc..it brings back energy.  If your desperate after the 8 -12 and near the 3-6 have red bull or monster.  Do some light exercising tonight too and stretch and relax you'll be fine.
