Be My Light may be the one to look out for in the Weatherbys Bloodstock Insurance Handicap Hurdle at Fontwell
Be My Light will be creating an aura of enthusiasm at Fontwell on 22nd March, 2012 for the Weatherbys Bloodstock Insurance Handicap Hurdle. She will be competing against Golan Guy, Mr Muddle, Galiotto, Small Fly, Master Darcy,
Orvita, Marie Deja La, Award Winner and Minella Mistake over 2 miles, 6 furlongs and 110 yards.
The six-year-old mare has not secured a victory in the last six races, but may be able to exceed expectations in this race.

The daughter of Oscar, out of Simply Divine, claimed a placed finished in the beginning of the season in the Dine At The Whistle And Flute Handicap Chase (Betfair Chase Series Qualifier) at Market Rasen on 22nd January, 2012.
She finished third as she fell behind by an immense distance of 12 lengths behind French Ties, who finished second.
Racing at this track may be an advantage to the Charlie Longsdon bay mare, who finished third on this track on 26th December, 2011 in the Mercedes Benz Of Chichester Classic Beginners’ Chase. Again, she missed second place by
a huge margin of 14 lengths.
Running against her in this race is Small Fly, whose connections are pleased as he just acquired a victory in the Yeovil College Selling Hurdle at Taunton on 1st
March, 2012. He entered the race with the odds of 9 to 2, and defeated, American Cricket, by 2 ½ lengths.
The eight-year-old gelding trained by Bob Buckler finished his season in an impressive manner, as he managed a third place finish in the Bathwick Tyres Handicap Hurdle at Exeter on 1st January, 2012. He does not have the advantage
of racing on this track before, but will have to adapt to alien conditions if he wants to succeed in this race.
Mr. Muddle’s season began on 27th February, 2012 as he finished fourth in the Sis Live Handicap Hurdle at Plumpton.

He bagged a victory in the end of last season at the same track in the FRP Novices’ Hurdle on 11th April, 2011. The son of Imperial Dancer, out of Spatham Rose, lived up to the expectations of the bookies, as he was sent as
the favourite and he defeated Rebel High by a difference of 5 lengths.
Small Fly’s performances are more consistent than Be My Light’s, but the odds are tilting in the latter’s favour in this race. The race could end in a dead heat or a close finish, Mr. Muddle may finish in third, but there is a possibility of a comeback
for him.
