  1. i think its easier 2 just drop it all and say like, this is my last meat meal and eat ur favorite meal, then it feels like yeah im done!

works best if u do that at dinner then start as a veggie the next day

  2. This has everything you need --http://www.petaliterature.com/VEG297.pdf

  3. Vegetarians do not eat animals or byproducts of their slaughter.

Cows, chickens, fish, shrimp and clams are all animals.

Bread, pasta, cereal, rice, beans, peas, lentils, nuts, seeds, fruits and veggies can easily offer everything that you need except B12.

All vegetarians should take a B12 supplement regularly since most people eat meat, dairy AND fortified cereals yet still have a B12 status that is lower than recommended.

It may help you if you see proof that vegetarians have the same potential as anyone else.

If you need meat or dairy during any stage of your life or to live any certain lifestyle, why does the American Dietetic Association say otherwise?

  4. There's really no specific levels to achieve to become a vegetarian. It's not like martial arts, where you rise the belt ranks until you're a black belt in vegetarianism.

All you have to do is stop eating meat and commit to it. It's as simple as that.
