You are helping yourself by reducing the number of potentially toxic chemicals and hormone mimics that are present in the food and water supply. You are better the environment through supporting local and organic growers. You reduce pollution and waste. You help animal populations survive. You help plant population survives. You help to ensure that your future children will be able to breathe the air, drink the water and eat the food produced on earth. All it costs you is a little extra money and time.
