Be in a movie without auditions?

is there a way to be in a movie without auditions? people have told me that i have done great performances doing movies with my friends, but i get shy when it comes to auditioning. and i want to be in independent movies with filmmakers. just to get experience. if there is a way please give me a website. please

Yes, unless you want a speaking role, because on a speaking role, they need to see who would be best for the part, so if you want a speaking role, No.
