  1. Many of the beaches in San Diego have fire rings where you can have bonfires.  I like the beaches around the Hilton Resort in Mission Bay because you can also catch the fireworks from Sea World around 9:30 each summer evening.

    The beaches along the Pacific Ocean (not Mission Bay) are where you want to go to watch the sun slide into the ocean.  These beaches have fire rings and are also located on the ocean side of the water:

        * La Jolla Shores

        * Mission Beach

        * Ocean Beach

        * Pacific Beach

        * Silver Strand Beach

  2. coronado for a bonfireee.

    ocean beach- laid back

    la jolla shores- super nice

  3. I would go to La Jolla. They have a lot of bonfire pits and people there are really cool. Also, if you go on the weekend, make sure you get there pretty early to reserve a pit. It's first come, first served, so you might want to spend the whole day at the beach. But its so nice out right now, when I go to the beach, time flies!
