I hate the taste of green juice, carrot juice is bearable but still pretty gross, but I'm trying to include more nutrients in my diet any ideas?I've just been using shot glasses to get it down. But I just did four shots of carrot/kale juice and seriously feel like I'm gonna vom it's so disgusting, I had to stuff cheerios in my mouth (to get the taste out) before I puked. Thanks for the help!
