Bearable juice recipes? Including vegetables, especially greens (spinach, kale)

I hate the taste of green juice, carrot juice is bearable but still pretty gross, but I'm trying to include more nutrients in my diet any ideas?

I've just been using shot glasses to get it down. But I just did four shots of carrot/kale juice and seriously feel like I'm gonna vom it's so disgusting, I had to stuff cheerios in my mouth (to get the taste out) before I puked.

Thanks for the help!

  1. umm add some fresh fruit.

like watermelon and pinapple. it covers the taste!

i no what u mean. i cant stand vegie juices >.<

so i add fruits. it covers the taste and gives u nutrients.

  2. fresh whole vegetables are meant to be eaten that way.Any juice is a concentrate and can have too much sugar. All fruits and vegetables should be eaten whole unless you are sick and that is the only  way you can get nutrition

  3. You need to include pineapple or apple juice, preferably both. Apart from carrots and tomatoes, vegetable juice tastes awful.

With a base of apple and carrot/pineapple and apple/pineapple, carrot and apple you can make any juiced vegetable palatable, even kale.

No other fruit blends well with vegetables, it just doesn't work.

If you still have to force it down or stuff cheerios in your mouth maybe you just don't like juice and should give up trying.
