i just got my 6" female bearded dragon a couple days ago along with his breeder tank kit, it came with a 25 gallon breeder tank with 2 dome lights and 2 bulbs 1 is a 75 watt basking bulb which gets the temp up to around 90+ which is good and 1 nightime bulb. But here is where i think i made a mistake that cost me 59 bucks and i need help on answering if i am correct.
Along with her breeder tank kit i bought a 12 Watt T5 18" tropical UVB strip light and it came with the fixture, but i am wondering if that is too low a wattage, the bulb is really small compared to other bulbs i have seen the box it came with didnt have the exact % of uvb output but the guy at the petstore said it was a good choice but im not so sure if this will be able to provide her with enough is all im saying, i REALLY wanted to buy the reptisun 5.0 at the store and find a good fixture but i didnt have enough so i went with the other one. Please let me know if this will suffice or if i should get another
