Bearded dragon age???

Hi my bearded dragon is about 7.5 inches long and i dont know how old he is. Any clue?

  1. The average size of a Bearded Dragon at 2 months is about 6 inches.  And, they can, under ideal conditions reach their full growth of 16 to 24 inches at one year old.  So, it is a guessing game unless you can get a hatch date from a breeder.  Which is unlikely.  

    My guess would be around 3 to 4 months!


  2. There are average growth rates, BUT growth can vary greatly in reptiles from variations in feeding, temperature range, general health etc.

    Without asking age when you acquire a reptile, there is no way other than guessing to tell how old it is. Sorry.
