  1. If you're asking, you probably shouldn't be breeding.

You should only breed high quality animals and only if you feel your beardies genetics make them better. I doubt you would have such high quality animals and therefor you shouldn't be breeding - there are enough decent Beardies in petstores and enough good quality ones from breeders that you really shouldn't breed your animals.

  2. Go to this site: http://www.repticzone.com/forums/Bearded...

The people are really helpful & they wont put you down.  They really try to point you in the right direction.  Also what EXACTLY is it that you want to know about breeding??

Also in my opinion its a little late in the season to start breeding.

  3. You can have a male and female beardie in the same cage and they may not even breed. if they don't, you may need to have a brumation period. Typically mine will breed in the spring w/out much of a enclosure change as winter will cause a natural shift in pressure and temperature in the room. You can also lower the hours the lights are on. After the brumation and as spring comes you introduce the female into the males cage and they should breed. The female will lay her eggs about a month to a month and a half later. You'll put a plastic bin in her cage and fill it w/ moist vermiculite or pearlite. she will start digging all over the cage but finally she will dig in the lay box consistently and this is when you know she'll lay soon. After she's done, you take the eggs and put them in the incubator which you'll want to set between 82 and 86. In 60 days you have baby beardies.
