Bearded dragon light?

i have 2 questions

1. my bearded dragons basking light just broke so instead i was wondering if i can use a regular light bulb that is 100 watts.

2. how close can my dragon be from his basking light.

he is in a 55 gal cage.

  1. You can do that for a couple days but do not wait to long to get the new one.

    about 5 inches otherwise he would probably get burned.


  2. ya for now maybe a day or so id get a new one

  3. DO NOT USE A REGULAR BULB!!!Youll burn him,BAD!!!
