Bearded dragon?

my beardies waste is pretty runny... what could be wrong?

You must be feeding your bearded dragon lettuce or too much fruit. Lettuce isn't really recommended because of it's high water in take (basically crunchy water with little vitamins, will cause diarrhea/runny p**p), you should be feeding dark greened vegetables like mustard greens and dandelion greens. Fruits shouldn't be given on a regular basis either, fruits are just treats.

Cut back on the watery food.

Many causes result in runny p**p, and we'd need to see it to be sure, but in any event, I always recommend a fecal exam from the vet. They are inexpensive and tell a lot! Parasites being the primary cause-- they can drastically dehydrate and reduce appetite, causing the dragon to waste away.  Improper diet is always another option--- Please review http://www.beautifuldragons.503xtreme.co... to be sure you are feeding a proper diet-- any kind of lettuces, too many fruits or runny veggies would cause thing. No citrus should be fed to dragons as well.  In case of parasites, you should also use probiotics with/after medical treatment. As with ANY illness-- hygiene is of the utmost importance. he might need more protein.. try phoenix worms
