  1. it sounds like it doesnt get enough heat  make shore you have a uv light on it all times you can get these from your local pet stores for 10 to 15$.

if you need more info on the bearded dragon just email me crikey_ben@hotmail.com

  2. NOT MUCH TIME!!! Run to the store get a UVB lighting for reptiles. Feed him only waxworms, these are used for sick and weak animals. Dont give him anything else but waxworms. Crickets will make him lose what littile energy he has left in catching them and they are not that filling. If you can't get waxworms, give mealworms or make sure the crickets dont move so that he can catch them.Get a light fixture for basking. It needs to be around 87 degrees F, 95F for basking. Make sure he is getting a calcium supplement, Rep-cal sells good calcium for reptiles . Make sure he has access to at least six inches range of basking and uvb light. Make sure you gutload your insects before feeding.HURRY NOT MUCH TIME!!!  : 0

  3. check out the temputer and then keep a close eye on her

  4. First off check the temperature in the enclosure to ensure that one side is cooler than the other, the warmer side should be between 98-104F and the cooler side should be around 84F. If the temp is normal then you should try providing the beardy with mineral/vitamin supplements which can be bought at any local pet shop. These supplements will provide your beardy with extra V&M for energy, around 10 - 20 minutes of giving the beardy these you should try hand feeding until the beardy is full. If you do not like the idea touching these crickets then the best idea would be to place the box of crickets within the fridge for 2 - 5minutes this is effective because it makes the crickets slow moving so your beardy will be able to catch them alot easier.

If these do not work then call veterinary assistance

  5. definitely check her temperatures in the tank. bearded dragons are a desert critter, and need high heat, as well as the person above me said, a UVB light. Also, what bedding is she on?  was she on sand in the pet store, or in your home? i would look near her bottom, to see if it feels hard. a lot of times when baby beardies act like this (if its not a heat problem) they are impacted from ingesting sand. while most sands say they are digestible, baby lizards often have a hard time doin so, and get constipated, or impacted. this can be a very serious problem. i would place her in a warm bowl of water and see if she poops. if not, definitely take her to a reputable reptile vet. Also to help get calories in her system, most pet stores carry a appetite stimulant, or caloric supplement. you may need that. Also what are you feeding her? are you trying crickets, meal worms, etc.? sometimes a too big a mealie can also get them impacted. All in all, a vet visit sounds wise.. if she acts like this too much longer, it will be a very bad outcome.
