Bearville and Australian buildabear help?

Hi i brought for my daughters birthday both a pressie for the bearville virtual world but i brought one in australia cause on bearville they tell u where u can buy one. The problem is we got the blue tag and it is not valid for us Aussies to go on now i have 2 very very upset ladies. I have written to the site help area and i got a automative answer. Then i sent a email back to say i was not happy with answer that was like 2 weeks ago and i have not had another email back from them. I brought it in good faith being a site that praises them self a site for children and i need some one to help me find a way to activate my childrens bears any one with simular problem or help in a way to make 2 girls birthday wish become a reality.
