Beautiful Day fervent to win Apprentice Handicap
Beautiful Day is fully fervent to perform beautifully and claim top position in the Gordon Halliday Flooring Apprentice Handicap that will be held today, May 25. The Class 5 contest is scheduled to start at 6:45 (GMT).
On the flat track of 1 mile, the Kevin Ryan-trained bay gelding will run against half a dozen rivals such as What’s The Point, Georgebernardshaw, Mia Madonna, Edas, Joe Le Taxi, Pitkin, Glenluji, Social Rhythm, Byron Bear, Whats For Pudding, Spread Boy and
Barton Bounty.
Beautiful Day marvellously bagged a couple of consecutive triumphs in December 2011. The four-year-old veteran horse moved on to finish as a runner-up in the subsequent race on March 6, 2012.
While being the hot favourite, he notched up a 6th and a 7th position in his last two races respectively. Overall, the maverick sprinter has won 3 of his total 22 starts to date.
The talented son of Piccolo out of Evening seems to be packed with enthusiasm and winning impetus that will surely help him contain his competitors emphatically. His chances to thrive are as high as 90 percent.
