Beautiful Homecoming Dresses?

Question

I want a SUPER beautiful short Homecoming Dress... maybe an affordable one? Some girls go out and spend a billion dollars on a dress, but I really don't want to do that. :) I know this is a high order, but I thought if anyone could help me, it'd be you guys.

(if it helps) What I look like:

Long layered blonde hair,

I am 5'7" with REALLY long legs,

skinny,

and like normal sized chest (not tiny, not huge).

- Try getting things similar to those , it matches your long blonde hair and the cocktail dress to show of your legs and the shoes are cute to match everything else

you might laugh when you read this but try jcpennys.  I just got a really beautiful short dress there for a special occasion (on sale at $50, normally $70) and I got so many compliments when i wore it.  Try looking in the juniors section and they also have a separate dress section with tons of homecoming dresses in stock right now.  

If that doesn't work--try macy's, dillards, etc.
