That means that each person who looks at something will make up their own mind as to whether it is attractive or not.

Hi,

I think it means that every person thinks different things are beautiful.  For example a person may say that another is beautiful but the next may say that they are not beautiful. It all depends on the person and what they consider beautiful. So basically it is saying that people see beauty in different things and everyone has a different opinion on what is beautiful and what is not.

I really like that quote I think that it is really true!
