Beauty or Brains??? The age old question.?

Ah. I LOVE this question, because there's a little history behind it. Everyone normally says brains. Or most of them, anyway.

This question, in a way, can even go back to Adam and Eve. Eve could have eternal happiness in the Garden of Eden(which in this case, is represented by beauty), or have knowledge of good and evil, depending on whether she decided to eat the fruit from the tree of knowledge or not. And what did she choose? Knowledge. The choice between beauty and brains is human nature.

you need a little bit of both in order to be successful in modern society... beauty and no brains will get people to treat you as an object and brains with no beauty just makes people awknowledge you for your achievements, but not really give you the proper respect.... but if you had to pick one, i suppose that brains would be the way to go... people can be the most attractive person, but if there is nothing in their head and no meaningful conversations out of it, there really is no point, is there?

brains because beauty deteriorates with time & after your like 25 you can't model anymore & that's basically the only job someone with only beauty could do....although I guess they could marry rich, but i could never degrade myself like that.

Plus even if you are really ugly you can use your brains to get you rich & then get plastic surgery so then you can be a hottie for eternity! HA!!

brains! sure beauty is great. but down to earth is great and no one is "truly" ugly they just need a little help. if you have brains you can probably find a way to look more attractive. sure i no people that have both but if ur all beauty and no brains you may not get respect [sorry blondes]....idk :)
