Beauty spot on breast?

ok well...

i have a beauty spot i guess you'd say on one of my b*****s.. about 2cm under my nipple

my last boyfriend always told me to remove it etc... as he didn't like it.. since then ive always been paranoid about it..

its flat like skin, so i never did remove it..

are all men this fussy etc about this sort of thing?
