Bebe (ordering from store and not online)?

Question

I currently don't have a credit card to purchase things online, so I was wondering if I could go to the mall into the store and pay them with cash so that they could order it for me? Are they allowed to do this?

If it's just a matter of size, I'm sure the mall store will order it for you.

Depending on the store, you may have to go back to the mall to pick it up, or big chains can probably have it shipped right to your front door.
