For decades, zoos accross the world have been attempting Panda breeding programs with limited success. The Panda, as an animal, seems uninterested in breeding and carrying on its family line. Due to the creatures ambivilence, should we, as humans, give up on any futher breeding attempts? Should we take this disinterest as a signal that it is time for the species to naturally die out? And are we playing God by looking for a continuance in the existence of this animal?
