Because my Turkish is very bad... please help with this translation.?

Question

I know, I know, after 1 year of living in Turkey I should know how to say this... but I just want to make sure I get it right...

"Hello _____. When I saw you earlier today I didn't know it was your birthday! So... happy birthday! Call me if you want to do something to celebrate tonight! We can go out somewhere maybe."

"Merhaba.Bugün seni gördüğümde,doğum günün olduğunu bilmiyordum.Doğum günün kutlu olsun.Bu akşam kutlamak istersen ,beni arayabilirsin.Belki ,biryerlere gidebiliriz..."

Merhaba(or Selam).Bugün seni gördüğümde doğum günün olduğunu bilmiyordum.Doğum günün kutlu olsun.Eğer bu gece dışarı çıkıp birşeyler yapmak istersen beni ara.Belki biryerlere gidebiliriz.

I couldn't use the Turkish marks you would normally put since I'm in America.
