On Thursday night the visiting San Antonio Silver Stars stole the show with their come from behind victory over Indiana Fever. Led by Becky Hammon’s 19 points, the Silver Stars converted a 15 points deficit

Hammon netted 12 of her 19 points in the second half and became the impetus behind Silver Stars’ dramatic victory.
“A little bit of grind and more assertiveness in the second half is what helped,'' Hammon said. “They came out in the first half red hot and we knew we had to work hard on defence to give ourselves a chance.
We knew the offense would come.''
Jia Perkins collected 17 points coming off the bench while forward Sophia Young added 15 points and also had 8 boards. Guard Danielle Robinson recorded 14 points in San Antonio’s 9th victory

“Very disappointed with our lack of intensity in the second half,'' Fever coach Lin Dunn said. ``The way we started the second half let them back in the game. San Antonio is a very good team. We did not match
their intensity.''
