  2. Well, before you become a vegan, you should really research a bit about it.

Maybe you should try to become 1st a vegetarian, so you see how it goes.

Tofu, seitan, soya products, tempeh, hummus, oat milk, rice milk, almond milk, etc.

Being vegan is not only about the food. i take it you already know that...

  3. Basically if you are a Vegan you cannot eat any animal by products, honey, eggs, milk, etc., and you cannot use them such as leather.

  4. Nobody can really give you a full list of what's OK to eat - it would just be far too long.  Here is a list of the types/groups of food a vegan can eat, though:

    Fruits

    Vegetables

    Grains

    Legumes

    Nuts

    Seeds

    Herbs

    Spices

    Fungi (like yeast and mushrooms)

    Oils

Additionally, you can eat anything made from those things.  Pretty much any dish or meal that you can think of can be made vegan either by removing or replacing the animal ingredients.  For me, cooking vegan opened me up to a lot of foods and ingredients I'd never used before, so I don't find it limiting at all.
