Question:

Becoming a hobo - hitting the road or stuck in a rut?

I am a middleaged man whose last close relative (my mother) died last year. I'm so unhappy and frustrated by the dead end job I'm stuck in, and the crummy english industrial town that I exist in. I'd love to travel - maybe working my way around the world and/or settling down somewhere abroad permanently. I haven't got a lot of money, but the desire for change is so powerful now. My mother's death from cancer revealed to me how death can come at anytime and I need some adventure in my life before. I descend into the void. Anybody got any experiences or idea's. Many thanks.
