Becoming a nurse??????

i'm only 14 now but when i get older i want to become a nurse that works with the pregnant woman. what are those doctors called and how long do u have to go to college for?

also i want to volunteer at the south shore hospital in Weymouth , massachusetts i think there called candy shoppers or something how can i volunteer or sign up?

Im going to school this yaer for nursing, im going for two yaers of college and then another 2 somewere eles..good luck

I think you are thinking of a Midwife.

But becoming an RN can take 4-6 years.

And its a Candy Stripper ;) and yes just contact your hospital and say you wish to volunteer.
