  1. None.

  2. You don't need to go to college to get your pilot license.  You need training.  You need to understand how to perform various flight exercises, and you need to pass exams.

You also have to take ground school.  You have to understand certain concepts about flying, you have to know certain rules of flight, you need to know how to do basic calculations regarding the "weight and balance" of your aircraft, the time it takes to get somewhere for your specific aircraft in specific weather conditions, etc.

If you want to be commercially licensed (i.e. to make money from flying) you do have to know a fair amount of things.

College or higher education is generally appreciated by employers, but may not necessarily be the case.

  3. none for the private pilot license.

  4. none you need a private ppilots licence you can get it at 17 but if you wanna fly 4 an airline you need 1500 hours your instrament licence commercial licence multi engine complex checkout and airline transport professional licence

ps you must pass writen and oral exams and all checkrodes HUGE COMMETMINT itl cost some $$$$ but its a good career

  5. There is no general academic requirement for US pilot certificates, but you must pass some fairly difficult written and practical tests to secure the certificates, so you should expect to be at least a high school or GED graduate.

A college degree is generally required for hiring as a professional pilot in today's setting.
