Becoming a radio talk show host!?

I am 20 years old, and my future goal is to become a radio talk show host with my best friend. We both are wanting to know how you can get started in the business, things do do and not to do, college courses to take, etc.. Please any help is much appreciated.

Take speech classes, current events classes like politics, english, drama, communications, radio.

volunteer at local radio stations or intern.

see if you can get time on and off air at your college radio station. apply for internships at real radio stations.
