  1. then you're not  eating vegetarian.

veggies and fruits alone will give you more vitamins and minerals than anything else.

i think you're not getting the point..  OR have been eating vegetarian.

    learn what vegetarianism is...

  2. Get yourself a couple vegetarian cookbooks. Set up an exercise program for yourself and stay away from junk food.

  3. Yes, the vegetarian book is essential because we all need the balanced nutrition.

  4. Good job on deciding to become vegetarian again! I'm a vegetarian and I take a liquid vitamin every day that provides everything I'm missing from meat such as protein, antioxidants, omegas, lots of vitamins and minerals, etc.  It's called LiquiMax and comes in a tall, red, curvy bottle.  Also eat lots of fruits and vegetables and soy products, especially tofu.  Good luck! :)

  5. Essentially eating a healthy veg diet is the same as any other diet.

    Avoid junk food

    Watch fat, salt, sugar intake

    Balance and variety

    Read labels

Listen to your body, watch for changes

Learn what you can about what foods contain as far as nutrients and vitamins.

Eat protein/carb mixes like rice and beans.

Eat high iron veggies or take a supplement.

  6. See my recent comments here.  Get a few vegetarian cookbooks with photos.  Lots of great recipes online.

You can do it....Fresh fruit,Dark veggies and squash.  Discover tofu, lots of recipies for it.

    I admire your desire.
