I would like to become a aircraft enginer and im wondering if kelowna has a good program and a good work place for later

  1. I used to work for Kelowna Flightcraft and they have a very good engineering dept.

    They have the Type Certificate for the Convair 240/340/440/580 and 5800 so there is a lot of work for designing repairs and product support.  Past projects they have worked on are the stretching of the 580 into the 5800, the 580 air tanker conversion, and the 580 cargo door.  They also designed for the  727 a cargo door and a drooped flap system.

    They pay reasonably well with profit sharing bonuses (not actual profit sharing, just the owner's generosity AKA Barry Bucks) and you can jumpseat anywhere you want across the country with Purolator Courier.
